そこここで反省会しとります。
問題点多かったもんなぁ。
基本的に俺の問題が団体の問題に直結するので、
悪しき俺の風習（時間にルーズ）を絶たねばならない。
それとは別に、
団体の構造上の問題もあり、
そっちはナカナカに解決し難い。
今までとは変えなきゃいけないんだよなぁ。
