久方ぶりに腰をやってしまって、
あーあーうーうー言ってます。
まぁ「やった」と言ってもギックリ的なヤベー奴ではなく、
「ギックリしたあと病院とか整骨院で処置してもらって『意外と動けるようになるじゃん！』ってなってる時」くらいの痛みなので、
まだマシではあるのだけど。
いい加減痩せねばやばい。
健康がやばい。
２０１９年は痩せます！
これ毎年言ってるけど！
