しばらく整体に通って、
体の点検をしてもらっているような状態です。
今日は首周りを見てもらいまして、
「顎が出てる。首が詰まるよ。」と言われました。
猫背で顎が前に出ているみっともない格好だものなぁ。
顎を引こう。
写真を撮る度に「顎を引いて。」と言われる生活からはおさらばだ！
今は首の後ろを血が通ってる感じがして非常に頭が軽い。
軽いウチに台本を・・・。
